Join the SCAC

The South Carolina Automotive Council (SCAC) is an initiative of the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance (SCMA). Membership in the SCAC is through the SCMA. As a member of the SCMA, automotive-related manufacturers have membership status in the automotive council.

Manufacturers that operate machines for the production or processing of goods that are used in the automotive industry are eligible for membership in the SCMA, and therefore qualify as SCAC members. This includes all OEMS and suppliers involved in the production of passenger vechicles, commercial vehicles, heavy-duty construction vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, and other modesof ground transportation. Eligible manufacturers may have a facilty in South Carolina or do business with an automotive-related manufacturer located in South Carolina. Annual membership investment levels are based on the number of full-time employees.
